wi-fi motherboards for multiplayer gaming
 
I was thinking of getting a new motherboard with built in wi-fi. Does anyone have user experience with such a board. Reason asking, because i play 2142 multiplayer alot, and was wondering if it would not work so good for online gaming. With ping and all.

I have an Asus P5K-E Wifi board and have had no problems at all with network performance. In fact I think it works better then when I had the PCI wifi adaptor in.

The wireless G performs well enough that your inet connection will be the bottle neck.

I also have the Asus P5K-E WIFI with no problems so far. I'm playing a lot of CS:S and COD4
