Default What could be the possible reason...

I have a Dell Dimension 5150 computer and when I booted it a day ago there was a message on the screen something like this. Reading of Memory failed at address 0x000005e.
Will there be any problem in RAM or Motherboard?

Try booting with one stick of memory.
