amd athlon 64 x2 5200+ overclocking help

hey guys,

i was just wondering if somone could help me threw the settings that i will have to put into the bios that will make me reach 3.0 GHz, i want to do this because next week i will recieve my new pc parts so i wont be able to do it till next week when i get my coolermaster hyper 212 evo. my mother boared is asrock A785GM-LE/128M and my ram is 4 gigs of team ram ddr2 800

im new to overclocking and im only doing this cause my gtx560ti will bottleneck it untill i get a new processor and motherboared and ram. if anyone has any great forums that will help me step by step with overclocking this processor, please let me know

Keep in mind overclocking takes time and effort.
Do you have the black edition of the 5200+? If so that'll make things a lot easier.
