Default MSI P67A-GD65 VS ASUS SABERTOOTH P67

I'm about to pull the trigger on one of these but I'm not sure which way to go so I wanted some opinions if I could.especially with regards to the overclocking ability of each. I like the lay out of the MSI just a bit better and I have heard it was a a good clocker and with the Asus I like the UEFI bios better then the MSI.

They are some what close in price.I just need some opinions to sway me either way, unless somebody has another suggestions.I will be running a 2500k and 16gb of RAM it will be used for gaming mostly but I do enjoy tweaking as well please help me out

Layout doesn't work for me I would love to but just doesn't work with SLI and Titanium HD
