Default system bottlenecking ?

just wondering if my system will bottleneck what ever video card I get for bf3

If its the system you have listed, I doubt it. The 965 is still a very potent chip.

you shouldn't have a problem at all but if you overclock the snot out of it it could give you between 2-10 fps if not more in games

I'm running the same processor as you (see system specs). So far my video card (ASUS HD5830) is the limiting factor. My processor hasn't let out a peep.
