P8z68-v problem

Well I recently assembled my new PC and I am having many problems. First, the top PCI Express 2.0 does not recognize my graphics cards. Second, when I turn it on, it stay on for about 4 seconds and then shuts off. Then about 3 seconds later it starts and runs normally. The newest problem is the worst one, however. Now when I turn it on it always powers on normally but none of my drives are being recognized. I have replaced the sata cables and the power cables. They are powering on, but not being recognized by my mobo. It makes no sense because everything was working correctly until this started happening. Also, the boot_device_LED is on. Anyone have a clue as the what is going on here an/or what I should do?

- i5 2500k
- PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk II 750W
- Gigabyte 6950 1GB
- WD Caviar Black 1tb
- G Skill ripjaw 2x4gb @ 1600mhz

First thing, I would hard reset the motherboard to factory defaults and try again.

Then start troubleshooting individual parts.

I reset the motherboard and the problem persists. I replaced sata cables, power cables, disconnected some drives, removed the gpu, unplugged the usb 3.0 passthrough, checked the cpu and the heatsink. Is there anything else I should try?
