Default Any other decent mATX board besides the Asus Maximus IV GENE-Z?

I'm looking for a good value mATX board to use with the Intel Core i5 2500K. I know that the Asus Maximus IV GENE-Z is a good board, but it's pretty expensive. Are there cheaper, but still decent solution for overclocking the 2500K? I also intend to install 16GB of RAM on the board so it can't be picky with all the DIMM slots populated!

Thanks!

Yea the choice among decent 1155 mATX boards is very limited. I've seen the ASUS Maximus IV GENE-Z on sale for around $170, so if you can get it at that price it really is the best option I think.

After that your options drop off dramatically, but the MSI Z68MA-ED55 (B3) looks to be the next best choice and comes in around $30 less than the ASUS board.

If you call the Maximus IV Gene-Z decent, the I don't have a decent word for the cheaper mATX boards in my vocab. That board outperforms more expensive ATX boards.

But the bios options are very limited on this one. For serious overclocking, give it a pass.

How is it limited relative to the competition?

I don't remember all the specifics...I'm pretty sure you cannot manually select your vcore, as a starting point. Bios will still make a calculation and raise your vcore if you put in a higher cpu multiplier - meh. No memory timings. Things an overclocker wants, in other words.
