Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3/UD5/UD7

Do I am crazy or the only difference is PCI express option and CPU voltage regulator?
And maybe some sata port but that's it?

Any overclocking difference?

UD7 supports Quad Xfire/SLI. UD5 supports dual Xfire/SLI.
