Default Need a new Intel Z68 Mobo

Well my motherboard was DOA or apparently I royally f*cked up the build so I need a new one, I have 3 options

ASRock Z68 Extreme7 Gen3
GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD5
Gigabyte G1-Sniper2 Motherboard

which one?

OK my setup is as follows


Case: Fractal Design R3 Black
CPU: Intel i5-2500K
GPU: EVGA Brand 580GTX x 2 SLI
RAM: G.skill RipjawrsX 2133mhz 8GB DDR3
HDD: Hictachi 3TB 7200RPM x 3
Cooler: Corsair H80 water cooling kit
Fans: Scyth S-flex 120mm x 3
Fans 2: Gentle Typhoon 120mm x 2
PSU: Corsair AX1200 Gold PSU
Monitor:Samsung S23A950 23in 120Hz 3D Widescreen LED Monitor
Thermal Paste: Indigo Xtreme

The that was DOA was the GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD5 so im not sure if ill get another one

Well it depends what you want to do with it. If you are gaming mainly the Sniper 2 is a nice board to have for sound and NIC. If you are more general use and plan to oc a bit either of the other 2 are fine.
