Default Upgrade time....need some advise

Here is my Criteria :

i5-2500k, looking for the best bang for buck overclocking board. Key point here, needs to be able to mount a S775 Waterblock....so far I can only see EVGA boards with this.

RAM - What is a good 8GB kit these days (once again overclocking in mind)

I've been out of the loop, going to get back into it!

does your waterblock not have some kind of adapter for the 1155?

I'd probably hit up that board, good price and EVGAs are generally quite good.
