Default Should I upgrade my cpu for BF3?

Been playing with the alpha lately and it an amazing game. However I noticed that Im pulling basiclly 30fps. Its not bad actually I can play on high no problem but Im wondering if my cpu needs an upgrade and will it boost my fps?

Im running a gigabyte GTX 460 1gig and Athlon 2 x3 3.0ghz , 4gigs DDR3

I have considered a phenom 2 x6

Thanks

what are the complete specs?

before upgrading perhaps boost it up a few hundred mhz.

and your card could keep you back too

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but those times the GPU is less than 9x% should be the times that your CPU is holding up the action, no?

I think the 9x% is a driver/gpuz bug.

Maybe record a CPU log too?

Go for an X6 1090T, great Bang for the Buck at $170.

Just the L3 cache alone will significantly help your frame rates.
