Default 680i Finally died! Need a replacement

Heh all... Just had my EVGA 680i crap out on me. Looking for a replacement with DDR2 1066 support. Must be able to OC my E6600. Balanced performance and cost as I don't want to invest too much more into this box. Maybe keep it for another year or so.

Any ideas or boards for sale?

Thanks in advance!

Biostar G31-M7G is the only mobo on newegg that still supports DDR2 1066. You will have more options if you lower the ram speed to 800. Cost is 40$, Intel G31

I read a post on another forum that stated EVGA were no longer accepting returns for this board?

what? I still have a 790i that I ended up with after a zillion 680i RMAs and I thought the lifetime warranty on them meant that although you may not get the same board back you would get something.... please link to that thread

Products sent in for RMA will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal or greater performance if an exact replacement is not available.

Now I do not know if you have the board registered under your name or not, if its under your name you should be able to RMA it from what is written under eVGA warranty on there site.
Give them a call and see what they say.
