Default Q6600 tweaking

So, I recently re-built my old system, all the same old parts and now, instead of overclocking the Q6600, I'm undervolting it. While doing this, my most stable voltage so far is 1.1500v. The chips VID is 1.3250v. So, I compared the two voltages using 3Dmark06 to make sure I'm not losing any performance by lowering the voltage, and instead of losing marks, I gained them? Went from 11137 3DMarks, 3346 CPU score, to 11393 3DMarks, 3382 CPU score.

The low voltage has been tested with IntelBurnTest, so my question is, why is my system more stable at the lower voltage?

Do you get the same results running the benchmark again?
