you should post in the Buy and Sell Section.

And why waste your time SLIing? Just get 7900GS and thats like 7600GT SLI. Why not take it a step further and get a HD 3850

Well 512MB GTX's don't exist, so I'm going to assume you meant GTS.

Either way, I think you might as well jump to the Intel platform. I highly doubt your dual-core AMD is going to be able to keep up with that kind of graphics power. A 680i/780i-based motherboard and a quad-core Intel would go rather nicely with those video cards I think. Even a E8400 overclocked to like 4GHz would probably do fine.

Have you tried craigslist? I buy/sell computer stuff on there more than on any forum. Throw your 7600GT up on there for ~$75. See what kind of bite you get. Then you'll probably be $60-$70 closer to a Biostar TF570 SLI board that goes for ~$90 or even less on sale :)

There is only one other forum I trust with buying/selling other than this one, and that's ocforums. Lots of good deals on there all the time but you need to be a member w/over 100 posts. Actually that's how I found this place, I clicked an ad on OCF for it .

Ya don't be surprised at some of the outrageous prices you see . Some people either have no clue or are trying to cash in on a sucker that has no clue. But I actually see some good deals here and there and have bought/sold computer stuff for fair market value. I also like it cuz it's local!!! No shipping = easy peezy lemon squeezy :)
