The only 2 Cases big enough for the Gigabyte G1 Assassin XL-ATX Motherboard.

Is the Coolermaster HAF-X (original or Nvidia Edition) or Corsair 800D.

And as for the Radeon HD 6990- YES IT WILL FIT.

It will not fit in a stock 800D.

I guess yes cuz i will mostly game on my PC so yeh but can i use a 1600mhz on a board that says it supports 2200 MHz, 1333 MHz, 1066 MHz, 800 MHz, so i still can use a 1600mhz?

you can use the lowest the mobo+cpu config requires.
again,1600 will be fine. unlocked cpu,no worries.
this belongs in another trhead though.
