Default Asus P8P67 Deluxe vs. ASrock Fatal1ty P67

I need help deciding between these two boards.

I just acquired an i5-2500k, corsair ax750 and h70 for a very good price.

I do a lot of gaming and I do plan on overclocking. Which board would be better with that?

Fatal1ty is a better gaming board but for a maximum of two cards (2x8), and it has THX pro sound chip so it's a better gaming board. It also has more connections. The Asus has the advantage in overclocking but by a small margin because Asus uses better heat sinks. The Asrock Extreme6 would be a better comparison to it.

i know that the asus has the uefi and it makes it much easier to overclock

does the fatality use the uefi or does it still use the standard bios?

ASRock has relations with Asus so you can expect it to perform just as well. The ASRock Fatal1ty P67 is a good choice and has the UEFI BIOS just like Asus does but the interface should differ slightly. The Asus P8P67 Deluxe is overrated so if you have the money to go for the ASRock then get it.
