ASUS P8P67 PRO Sandy Bridge Motherboard Review Comment Thread

nice. anyone thinks this could be priced perhaps a good 20$ lower? :)

First things first, great job on the review.

Mentioned in the conclusion is the fact the the extra $20 for the EVO is not worth it, I'm just wondering but why not? Is it not the same board with a bit better cooling, power/reset buttons on board and an extra ethernet port? Or is it missing something the Pro has? I only ask cause that doesn't sound to bad for an extra $20.

Great review. I would also like to see a review of the ASUS P67 Sabertooth as a comparison.

Nice job m8. 1 BIOS chip kinda sucks. Was it annoying to OC because of that?

I would really like to see this board up against a NF200 board in SLI.

The auto-recovery was bulletproof, I don't remember ever having to manually clear the BIOS due to overclocking :thumb:

After using crappy BIOSes on EVGA boards the P8P67 Pro is a dream to overclock.
