Default Just got an Asus P67 Sabertooth (sandy bridge) - Questions

I am not all up to date on the sandy bridge issues. I know that there was supposedly some issues with the 3Gb/s sata controllers and there was a bunch of returns. So I am guessing thats why they were not available for the longest time.

BUT, I noticed that there is new stock coming in and I just got an Asus p67 Sabertooth for my new build. I am guessing these issues are fixed now?

Not that it would matter a whole bunch, I will be using 6gb/s controllers for the most part, but I am just curious and wondering if someone could educate an old fart.

Does the model number have b3 at the end? If so it is a new model. If not I would return it and wait for the B3.
