Default Sandy Bridge motherboard compatible with windows xp?

Will I be able to install windows xp on a sandy bridge motherboard.

Sorry if this was posted before, i can't find any threads on this topic.

Not out of the box, you'll have to slipstream most of the drivers onto an xp install disc.

I'm running good ol' XP on my Sandy Bridge rig without any problems whatsoever... Only caveat is that you need to have SP3 on your install disc or the installation routine will not recognize sata hardrives. You can easily slipstream sp3 onto a new install disc if yours doesn't have it.
