LET THE BELLS RING OUT! ever so tentatively-- the p25 bios is released but the change list isn't posted yet-- this is SUPPOSED to fix the quad core bottleneck-- let us know if it works guys!

You'd guess right. Bios is not right on this board, DFI taking their sweet time...you know the story. Actually going to unload the board and video cards this week, or when my ABIT IN9 arrives and quad core .

I want to crack the 20k in 3DMark06, and Core 2 just won't do it right now. No matter what, I can't break through to even 19k.

I see a few different quads in 775 and some in 771, so that's what got my interest right now.

I suspect you could get even better 3DM 06 scores on a 2x4 core (octo core) workstation class machine running at stock CPU clocks vs a heavily overclocked kentsfield. That's an interesting thought for an ultimate benchmarking machine, haha.
