Default x4 955BE worth $135 now?

I see the 955be for $134ish these days and wondering if it'll drop some more? I'm finding the 965be to be doing good in gaming so I want to get a 955be to replace the backup/encoder comp that is a x2 3600 1.9ghz.

My System Specs

Default

I don't imagine it would as it would then start to cross-compete with their X2 BE's they still have kicking around.
For the price, its a good deal these days considering what they started retailing for.
