The only thing making me wonder about the sabertooth is that you need a top down cpu cooler to circulate the air. I have the Noctua nhd14 which is a side by side cooler. Right now my money is sitting on the UD7, but it's still a very expensive board.

A friend have MSI P67S-C43 and it has UEFI BIOS.
BTW I'm pretty happy with my ASRock P67 Extreme4.

No, you don't actually need a downdraft cooler.
There is a slot where the NB would be on a board, a fan is fitted to that and provides the air circulation.

Anyway The dress does not really makea difference. since it's in plastic, it's more for the look than for the cooling.

Well the other thing I have to consider is running eyefinity with crossfire will I need to x16 pcie lanes? or is two x8 fine? As that does narrow down the search since I plan on 5760x1080.
