The 700w is probably fine, but if you really want to future-proof and you'll definately be running 2X8800gtx, then i guess the 850 wouldn't hurt. I''m quite sure that the GameXStream 700 is SLi certified, though (but that's really just semantics)

doh i just learned that the vid card i was to use bfg 8800 gtx is to be discontinued oc edition is all I can get with hopes of sli in the future or would bfg geforce 8800 gtx sli with bfg geforce 8800 gtx oc

greetings Luppo, I see you're taking your time building your new rig. I've been building mine since the beginning of Jan. Maybe you'll be interested, maybe not... I purchased 2 power supplies from the individual that owns www.3dgameman.com. This guy tests and reviews computer hardware. He receives the item, does a review, tests it and then sells it on ebay. I purchased my Tagan 900W for 180.00 shipped in original packaging. A friend of mine was so impressed, he purchased his Ultra Xfinity 800W from the same guy for 120.00 shipped the same way. I am not plugging for this guy, but it's nice to see a fellow Canadian with an informative website offering items like this at great prices.
