That wasn't really 'the' third choice though...I'm still leaning towards those 780i boards....otherwise I'm forced to go X38...and then I might end up using DDR3 & Crossfire on the Extreme. Hmmmm......

Ixnay on the MSI P35 Platinum, if you think you might be running a Quad-core. Otherwise, buy half-a-dozen RAM sinks to stick on the board in various locations...
