Default Would a AMD Phenom II X2 560 Black Edition Bottleneck a GTX 460?

If I was to unlock it to a quad core, and overclock it to close to 4 ghz, and put a slight overclock on the GTX 460?

I want to play games at about 1600x900 or so. Would my framerates be lower than if I was to get say, and AMD 955 Quad, BE?

No. If you unlocked it, it would function just like the 955BE as well. Even if it doesn't unlock, with a decent OC, it won't bottleneck the GTX460. Heck even at stock, i don't think it would

Unlocking is nice and all but it's not a certainty. It's the luck of the draw. I am using a BE555 unlocked and OC'ed a 3.7 and doesn't seem to bottleneck my evga 460. Like a previous poster said, I am not even should that it would at stock speed and core. The BE560 is a pretty speedy processor in its own right. Well if budget allows and you want to be sure, just get the BE955 which is well priced.
