My only concern would be the memory......

Not an absolute requirement, but a nice set of PC2 6400 or PC2 8500 would go a long way...... :)

Ah I would get a GPU cooler for any set of 8800 GT cards. They have a problem with overheating. OH and also to be too cheap cause I have gone too cheap before and could have gotten better for just a little more.

Default E6750, 8800gts

I agree with others who have suggested the E6750 and 8800GTS. You can always move to the newer quads later. Everything else looks good.

ok thanks guys. I was going for the 8800 GT because I thought I read it was out performing the GTS ? Also I think I will step up the CPU to the E6750. As for the case, I just thought the Gigabyte case was sharper looking. as for the motherboard, I think the DS3L will do the job. The only differences are Raid and fewer sata ports isn't it? And any comments on DirectCanada vs. NCIX ? Thanks again everyone

Things are generally slightly cheaper through DC, and they also seem to have the edge on shipping costs.

They do however seem to be a bit slower in getting stuff out, and NCIX has the benefit of price matching if you don't mind waiting a while for a human to check things out. :)

Actually, the last few times I've price-matched against DC, it's only been a matter of hours for NCIX to verify it. You'd think they'd had a lot of practice or something
