My M2N-E didn't like 4 x 1gb OCZ Platinum Rev2. It was fine with 2sticks at 800mhz, but I was forced to set the divider at 667mhz when I had 4 sticks in and force it to go 5-5-5-15.

I borrowed a phenom 9500 to try on the M2N-E (bios 12xx), it works! But was very disappointed (wasn't really surprised) with the performance compared to my 5000+ black OC-ed to 3.3mhz.

Its been a hard year for keeping up with everything! Hopefully once you've moved to a newer GPU and cpu that should be enough for at least a year. If you want to save money on the MB the AMD6000 is a good option.

I doubt here will be any games as demanding as crysis for a while and the newer 8800GT, GTS and AMD cards all run current high-end games at respectable frame rates.

Youll probably find these cards + the GTX for sale secondhand as people move to the 9000series or AMDs latest highend etc. That way youll save even more.
