What is a better value? x4 or x6?

Buy a X4 955 3.2ghz for 140~149$
Just up the multiplier by one and have a X4 965

for the
Phenom II X4 940 BE 3.0GHz OEM
Firstly don't buy OEM processor from newegg, I've read to much story about the processor going lose in the box and lot's of bent pin.
After, X4 9*5 support DDR2 and DDR3, but the X4 9*0 Support ONLY DDR2. So you have to watch your motherboard and your ram.
