Yes, it probably overclocks like crazy. But, that CPU is about $200. Why not go with the Quadcore X3210 for $50 more?? It's really a great chip. The 3065 is basically a E6550, just a little better quality.

Well mostly budget, but im sure from now until Christmas I can make the difference no problem.
