Default Good and relatively cheap mATX mobo and case for Phenom II 955

I am planning on building a media centre PC. I kind of decided i want to get a Phenom II 955 as the CPU now that being said i want to make it small so it fits in the cabinet under my tv. I don;t care about width but i do care about height (it can't me over 12 inches high). Also i can't decide on a good MOBO

So I want something good and relatively inexpensive, you know the most bang for your buck. Like i don't want to buy a $300 mobo if I am better off buying a $50 one.

Give me a few suggestions and reviews or any thoughts you have.

Any help is appreciated even if you ahve soem relatively cheap vid card suggestions

For case i was kind of thinking: Newegg.ca - APEVIA X-QPACK2-GN/500 Black/ Green Aluminum Body/ Front Mask MicroATX Desktop Computer Case 500W Power Supply

and flipping the back fan so the airflow coems in from the front and out from the back
