Building a new computer for my nephews friend and the Gigabyte looks like it'll fit the bill.
Ordered 2 of them.

I think of the x38 as a "plus" version of the P35 since the x38 has subtle differences when compared to the P35 like the amount of PCIe lanes, PCIe 2.0, etc. Along with other little details the x38 is just as potent as the P35 when it comes to overclocking.

General x38 motherboards are for those with deep pockets since they are quite expensive boards.

k is it worth it if i got he money which i do, cause p35 does say 2.0 and 8800gt is a 2.0 which is why it wont work on my asrock lol but i really want to dump the asrock anyway lol. if i get x38 have u used any of them? recommend any? i have my choices on my thread oint he mobo section i decided im not goan put he money out for sli anyway lol
