As other suggested I would try reset CMOS, but not by removing battery but by shortening dedicatory pins or switching switch. MB could have capasitars to give temporary energy even with dead (or without) battery.

Is the video cable loose? Monitor power is on? Is there a beep when you first power on? If you do not have another video card to swap, then try and connect to a tv.

Little late dude, I already got my new hardware and it works so much better. so my faster then my old stuff. plus I tried all that, none of it worked.
