P6T Deluxe V2 Used Price

Hey Everyone,
I'm thinking of getting a Rampage III Extreme, so I won't need my P6T anymore. I've never really looked at used computer part prices, so I'm interested in what people think a fair price is for a P6T Deluxe V2, about 7 months old, very lightly used. They're going new for 300-400 so is 250 a reasonable starting point or closer to 200?

Well, I hate hanging onto stuff so I usually go half of retail. Having said that, go look at fleabay or RFD and see what others are asking. Some hardware is more desirable and can get a better price.
