^^^ heh heh heh......yep....like to go home to "toys"....hahahahhaha.....she isn't beaming from ear to ear....but I make sure to spend an equal amount on her and the house....to keep the peace of course ;)

btw......she is always wearing one of those Evga "Crank that shvt up" T-Shirts I got with the 480's a few months back.......and this tie I did get the "Didn't you just buy a new PSU?".......my reply.."Yeah, but that was over a year and a half ago"!

Then she asked "So...whats this Extreme Processor thingy...was it expensive?"................my reply.......I love you honey!

No WC'ing yet...but I do have my sites set 4.1 - 4.2 anyway (my old 920 C1 simply couldn't get stable at 4Gz without very high vCore), should be able to simply bump the Mult up (QPI 133 x 31)..RAM Ratio 2:12 for 1600 (may have to go back to 6 GB RAM from 12 GB, bu we'll see)....a little vCore (little I hope around 1.3v would be nice)) and vTT (+100mv)....do have to update my Classy 759 BIOS to "74" prior to disassembling though (my older version doesn't support 980X).....looking forward to it ;)...I'll post up pics when I get home !!

Just got home a few hours ago...enough time to eat....hug the wife....scritch the dog "Dexter" on the head.....and unpack the toys.. ;)

One thing that caught my eye re: the AX 1.2 kW.....2 x 8 Pin CPU, 1 x 24 Pin and 6 x 6+2 PCI-E cables are all sleeved and no colored wires at the connectors...all black and decent job with the the heat shrink...impressed!

The 980X is well.....very cool
#SLBUZ Batch 3003B 475 .....too funny, Googled the Batch and its right at the top....under LN2...6.2 Ghz...1.905v...Wow !!! Crazy voltages...

SuperPI 3355

Will post up some pics in a few days...taking it easy for a few days...ass down feet up ;)

Procyon up n running now...sporting a 980X and 1.2 kW of madness.....so far so good....3 hrs to tear down and re-build...have to do a little cable clean-up tomorrow, wanted to make sure I pulled this off without bending any Socket Pins....that sweet sound of a Post was music ;)

6 Cores / 12 Threads - All at stock 3.33 Ghz for now...Temps on the cores range between 21 - 30C..seems alright, went with my IC7 large pea size in the center n let the TRUE spread it while tightening.

Anyhow, will play around with some OC'ing tomorrow..

Awesome, you should be able to push that baby to at least 4.0-4.2GHz, maybe even as high as 4.4GHz. I hope you'll be folding with it
