UD5 has dual NICs, solid layout, onboard power button (when testing out of case), easy overclocking with dynamic CPU voltage adjustments. I believe it supports Gulftowns as well.
It's also the only X58 board I've used that goes to sleep properly when overclocked (compared to my other Asus Rampage 2 Extreme and GENE).
