I hope 32nm, but I have a funny feeling it will be on 45nm. I can't see Intel wanting to undercut their high-end parts even more than they already are. Of course, they could always go and price the i7 930 high or castrate overhead.

It will be 45nm. All the 32nm LGA1366 CPU's will have 12MB L3 from what I've seen.

Over 5 ghz is impressive. Hmm if only I could get a setup where it gave me constant liquid nitrogen that didn't run out and could run full time for cheap............................................. ......

Much as I hope it's 32nm, I find it highly unlikely. To me it's just like what they've done with the 950. They're getting better die yields, more can run stably at higher speeds, and they're just offering slightly higher clocks for about the same price. No new fabrication process, just a slightly better multi.

You guys are all wrong it's going to be 1nm...No most likely 45nm just makes more sense as it probably would be more profitable.

You think it would be 32nm. I mean, Intels own co-founder stated that technology is supose to double every couple years. Guess Mr. Moore was wrong?

| Moore's law has nothing to do with the fact that the 930 will be a 45nm CPU.
