You think it would be 32nm. I mean, Intels own co-founder stated that technology is supose to double every couple years. Guess Mr. Moore was wrong?

Moore's law has nothing to do with the fact that the 930 will be a 45nm CPU.

Not only is that irrelevant to Moore's law, since it's the same technology, just done slightly more efficiently, but recently Moore's law is in fact false. Back when it was theorized it was true; tech doubled every 18-24 months. However, in the past years it's slowed down considerably, and we can't double in the same way anymore. Looks like it's more of a logistic graph, not an exponential one. I is sad.

Yup eventually we will hit a wall where we will not be getting any faster unless we switch to something else. We can only pack so much electricity into one area and we can only make it so small. Eventually we wont be able to do any more die shrinks.

Yeah, it's says out of stock, but if you check they have a few hundreds of them in the warehouse. I looked for reviews and some people are convinced it overclocks worse than 920, I thought buying a newer model was automatically a better choice, now I'm not certain.

Intel page says D0. So they didnt even revise the core? Weak. So its just a 920, with a 21(22) multi. Since 920's were binned EXCESSIVLY low (Ive yet to see one not hit 3.4+), these are probably (IMO) just 920's rebadged with a 1 higher multi.

It'll be interesting to see if Anandtech (HWC?!?!?!) confirms this or not next week.
