Default Budget build x2

My wife and I are casual WoW gamers and need to get caught up to this decade in tech... Well, half decade anyway...

We're currently running AMD 3800+x2 with 2g DDR.... so you can see/feel our pain.

My taxes will be $1200 and I need to stay under that for two builds. Good news is, I don't need everything. Just the "guts". Incoming list...

I just want to make sure I get the bang for my buck. The items listed are the ones I need to replace to get us both up to speed. Discounts and deals may change between now and two weeks from now when I get the cash.

I'm also considering buying two dell refirbished machines. I can get nice ones for $450-$500 USD.

Thanks for your help. Can't tell you how much I enjoy these forums.
