Default remove tim stain from cpu?

I just took a part a 5 year old build with a P4 and the stock heat sink. I cleaned it up with 90% alcohol but there is still tim on cpu. Is there a stronger solvent or something I can use to get it off?

My System Specs

Default filterpaper is abasive

Take coffe fiter paper lay on a glass sheet or other flat clean surface, Use a fome block fore the back of chip add alcahol rub chip face on the paper. You can rap a small flat object in filterpaper and do it seated but don't use alcahol or as much alchol. Finish off by rubbing with filter paper with no alchol. :)
