Default Good value motherboard and RAM to go with Core i5 750?

I'm looking to pick up a Core i5 750 soon. What's a good value motherboard and RAM configuration to go with the 750 chip? I'm looking for a decent combination that will give me a good chance to overclock the chip to 4ghz on air. I realize and I know from experience that nothing is guaranteed when it comes to overclocking, but it's definitely a goal when I buy the components in the next couple of days.

This is what I have in mind at the moment:

I recently just bought that motherboard and I am thoroughly impressed with the performance I got out of it. Managed to OC my 750 to 3.7 GHz without voltage tweaks. Also it comes with Sata 6 Gbs and USB 3.0 (If using a single card setup).
