I wouldn't run into it, it will be useful but everything is going to be ridiculously overpriced. I would expect to pay a lot extra for a minimal USB 3 external enclosure on what not..

I'd wait until it's everywhere, then dig in.. First adopters always get screwed somehow too..

From what I read here, these are the only two motherboards have USB3 and SATA6 but have bottleneck issues. If these add-on cards are used instead, will there be no issue?

Asus' solution on their P7P55D-E lineup is exactly the same as shoving an expansion card in the 4x slot, except connected internally. For this exact reason, I bought a P7P55D Deluxe. It was about $20 cheaper that way

any gigabyte board that is x58 with and A at the end has a sata3/usb3
