I got this board for $10 more than the MSI board you want

Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P

Canada Computers - Motherboards > Socket LGA1156 : Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P Socket 1156 Intel P55 Chipset Dual-Channel DDR3 2200/1600/1333/1066/800Mhz 2x PCI Express x16 7.1-Ch HD Audio 2x SATA 6Gb/s+6x SATA 3Gb/s GigaLAN 2x USB 3.0+12x USB 2.0 ATX.

the mobo I bought has support for USB 3.0 and SATA 6GB (mind you at the expense of pci-e lanes) but still nice to have.

what is the use of SATA 6GB , if you don't have 4 or 6 SSD in raid 0 ?

why you don't go with this one, with free shipping, it will cost you only few more $

Newegg.ca - ASUS P7P55D EVO LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

and you have a third PCIx , of only at 4x, but for put a physx card or an additional folding GPU it's not bad
