My System Specs

Default How do I setup XFX X58i Motherboard Bios with I7 920

How do I set it up properly, my cpu is overheating and I do not want to over clock at the moment. I just want a stable pc.

are there any tutorials? I am a noob.
Build: i7-920, EVGA GTX 285, XFX X58i Extreme Edition , 2GB x 3 DDR3 - Patriot Viper, ThermalTake M9 V1000series, Ultra LSP 650w, Western Digital 500GB @7200rpm,

seems like its not your motherboard, but you cooler. What are the temperatures like? What heatsink are you using?

Those 2 questions getting answered will help us HWC's out alot in helping you! :)
