Default Abit IP35-E

I've been reading some reviews and although the Abit IP35-E does have the double rebooting issue (which is fixed with the latest BIOS update) appears to be a hardcore overclocking motherboard and does not have heat issues with the north bridge like the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L has. Do you think it is worth the extra $40?
