the 780i arent they good.?

Not really. The 750i chipset is more reliable.

Seriously. Instead of wasting money in a Nvidia board with a Nvidia chipset ( that are not known to be the best ) I would sell you board CPU and Mem and get a I5 with a P55. You can get good board that can OC and do sli for 150 (GA-P55-UD3R ) I have use this board for one months and it's a really good budget and OC board. I5 750 for 220 and Good G.skill DDR3 for 120-150 depending on the memory spec. You will be way better with that. I think you should see this option. Just putting 150 on a new 775 board is useless due to the lifetime remaining of the socket.

Nice to hear! But seriously I went from a Intel DP45SG to a GA-EP45-UD3P with a Q9550 and there was not real big difference. But going with I7 was a totally other world. The best thing you can do is save and after Xmas get something better and up to date. You won't regret it.

i updated the bios last night.. i had the 1305 and updated to the 1901...

i'll try the 1102 if not i'll put back 1901 and just leave it at 2.7ghz.. :(

all i wanted to do was to put my FSB at 1333mhz like if i had installed a normal 1333fsb cpu so i can run at 3ghz lol
