My System Specs

Default Which asus for me M4A78T-E or M4A785TD-V EVO

ASUSTeK Computer Inc.
ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

for budget my gaming rig though i want a motherboard with maximum AM3 potential for future upgrades. THe m4a78t-e is gonna cost me 25 bucks more(only 10 after rebate) and i'm wondering what advantages it has over the evo.

I am wondering the benifits of both units if anyone could explain them to me. I already know the M4A78t-e has a bit better of an integrated but it appears the evo takes faster ram . the t-e has 2 pciex1 ports to the evo's 1 but the T-E has 2 pci 2.2. the evo has gpu nos while the m4a78t-e seems to be a newer chipset

also hoping to unlock my pII x2 BE into a x4, will the evo do this with sb710?

My big question: Do i spend extra and get T-e or save money with the evo

any help is greatly appreciated, i'm lost here

but if that m4a78t-e is worth it i dont mind spending extra
