Default $300 OCer

I'm looking to build a budget Intel overclocker. I don't want to spend more than $300. Also I am using a nMEDIA MP-500 Watt PSU. All I require is the following:
  1. CPU
  2. Motherboard
  3. Memory

Hmmmm what about the case?

Well, anyways, if you want no case, then thats up to you.

CPU: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...ufacture=Intel $100.91

Motherboard:
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...nufacture=ASUS
130.74

Memory:

$30.00 (be quick, thats only the instant rebate price that ends at the 25th of September)

Your total here would be about $270.00... But before you decide on this, make sure your GPU and all your old components work too.... you may wanna research more on these if they are compatible, but to me, they look compatible.

Well, then there you go xD. Glad I could help. But if I were you, I would try and raise the budget to like about lets say.... $500. That way you can get a better processor. And what are you going to use the rig for? If for gaming, then probably you might want another stick of ram and a better GPU.

I've heard some people get some good numbers with the E2140 and E2160. I'll have to research a good mobo and ram. I was thinking 2GB of OCZ Plats PC2-6400 Rev 2

Better parts would be awesome, but wouldn't that go over your budget?
