Default Help choosing board

I am buying a new board but for now, I don't want to upgrade to any of the ddr3 motherboards. I am going wait for the new amd chipsets to mature a little more and then I will upgrade to something better next year. I just purchased a 4890 for a good price and i wanted to buy a second one to crossfire.
Right now i have a m3nht deluxe 780a sli mb and I also have 8gb of ddr2 1066 memory installed. I wanted to get a cheap board with a amd chipset that would allow me to crossfire a couple of 4890 in 16x16 and also use my 8gbs of ddr2 ram. Does anyone know any good board for under C$150.00 ?
I was thinking to get this one but it only does 16x8 in crossfire I think:

NCIX.com - Buy Gigabyte MA790X-UD4P ATX AM3 AMD790X DDR2 CrossFireX 2PCI-E 2PCI SATA2 Sound GBLAN Motherboard - GA-MA790X-UD4P In Canada.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

To be honest that is probably one of the Better DDR2 boards out there.

Is thier any DDR2 Boards out thier that will provide 16x Bandwidth in both slots....?.....not aware of any! The Bandwidth won't be a factor for you at all, what will be your determining factor of raw speed with either SLI / XF on a DDR2 Board is the speed of your CPU......8GB RAM will simply hinder your CPU OC....better off to stick to 4GB.
Unless of course you truly utilize all this Memory in your Apps! If this is the case your btter off sticking to a single speedy GPU.

I believe only the 1366 boards offer that, all other chipsets do not

Only problem is that's about $50 above his budget.

Anyway, i'd stick with the first one, it's what I would have recommended anyway. 8x bandwidth on the slots isn't a problem, since it's not going to bottleneck a 4890 anyway. In fact, the only card to date capable of saturating the bus is the 5970.

As far as I know the only boards with x16 on both slots are 790FX boards. As mentioned above, you will see little to no difference with hd 4890 running x8. If money is a concern go with a 790X board.
