I've RMA'd about three CPUs with Intel and every time it was very very very quick turnaround (granted I two-day ship it to Intel).

Well eveyone have story to story XD I had only 2 expereicen with intel services. 1 for a CPU, 1 for a board. The CPU went flawlessly. They cross ship a new CPU in 48 hour with pre-paid boxing. But for the board, it have been 4 week of complain and rage with the intel support...It always depend on time and the guys you get
