AMD chips don't like heat

idle 22-23C
29-31C 24hour load.

And when you open AMD overdrive it will tell you the max safe volts for your CPU

I leave the ACC % stay at 0%

I read somewhere that the higher the % the higher overclock you can go and the lower values should allow for lower voltages and power.

I have always run any amd chips i have safely under 70 with no problems .jmo
